Tangerine did an excellent job redesigning my homepage and website. The task was more complicated than it sounds. Tangerine was quick to make all the changes I requested. Now my website looks beautiful and has all the functionality I was looking for. Things I really liked: Daily Communication was really done daily and would get back to me quickly Design quality was very high They polished up all the details Friendly and cheerful attitude Things to improve: If we could meet in person, but that's OK cause the price and quality were great I look forward to working with them again. We engaged WPT based on their assurance of a 0% error rate and strong support. What followed was months of repeated execution errors, missed deadlines, and a lack of attention to detail that required substantial internal time and third-party costs to correct. This experience has caused reputational and financial harm to our business. After providing detailed documentation and multiple follow-ups, we eventually were provided with a prorated refund, and we ended our relationship respectfully.

Just give them your task list to get stuff done. And great you can use them just for the months that are needed!

My WP Tangerine Team was always prompt in acknowledging receipt of my requests. They took the time to understand my goals. When I was unable to understand the answers they gave me, they followed up with how to videos that were actionable. My blog really needed a refresh and they helped me to organize the huge cache of recipes I had on the blog. They organized them into categories and really cleaned things up. I'm very happy with the service they provided. A great investment for someone like me with low technical skills in web design.

Working with the people at WP Tangerine has been amazing. There are so many things that require expert help working with Wordpress, the plugins, editors like Elementor, ecommerce and various themes. While some of the basic stuff one can learn on Youtube, etc, you eventually end up against things that are beyond your ability. That's the case with me. I've been fortunate to come across the people at WP Tangerine for several years now and have made great progress with both my site as well as my understanding of how Wordpress and ecommerce works, thanks to them. I usually get all of my questions answered back within 24 hours and for those that may take a bit longer, they always notify me of that, too, so that I"m not waiting and wondering. They send back answers in both written form and screen capture with notes. I have learned so much from them and I wouldn't have been able to launch my ecommerce store without their help. Their prices are extremely affordable, considering the amount of help you get. They have monthly plans and yearly plans. I have no need to look anywhere else for help with my site and I am sure they can do so much more than what I stated here. As I get further along with my website, I'll be sure to reach out to them. Highly recommended. Very trustworthy, too, so don't worry about giving control of your site to them. They'll take good care of it. They'll even offer suggestions on how to improve your site, too.
