I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite their clear Return Policy, they refused to honor it when I requested a refund for a problem they were unable to fix in due time.
If you’re considering doing business with them, be aware that if something goes wrong, you will likely be unable to get a refund. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. I would not recommend this company due to their untrustworthy and deceitful practices.

You are using old version
You send us wrong details to check the issue
The queries you asked were extra and we have send quote also for that
You used abusive words, and we have proof for same too
In the refund policy its clearly mentioned, that we will first check the issue, fix it, and if we cant fix that then you are eligible for refund

Extremely Disappointed with WP Swings – Poor Support and Unfulfilled Promises
I recently had a very disappointing experience with WP Swings. I purchased the "Membership For WooCommerce Pro - Single site" license on June 17th for $99, expecting it to meet my needs based on the features advertised on their website. Unfortunately, the plugin did not deliver on its promises, specifically the customization of the checkout page, which is a crucial feature for my business.
Despite their claim that customization is possible, I found that it wasn't the case. I reached out to their support team, explaining the issue and requesting a refund within the 30-day window as stated in their refund policy. Instead of processing my refund, WP Swings' support team repeatedly ignored my refund requests and tried to push me to hire one of their experts at an additional cost.
Communication with their support team was frustrating and unproductive. They claimed that I had not been responsive, which is entirely untrue. I have documented proof of my consistent communication, yet they chose to ignore my requests and eventually stopped responding to my emails altogether when I insisted on a refund rather than additional services.
Their behavior shows a clear disregard for their own refund policy and a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with WP Swings. My experience has been a waste of time and money, and I am left feeling extremely dissatisfied.

We think there maybe some misunderstanding because our product works totally fine, without any single issue
1. Your 1st email was about asking for a refund- which does not state any valid reason for the refund, which violates our policy
2. 2nd time again you only said to have a refund with NO REASON
3. Now you said he has a customized page on which he wants membership- We are not responsible for anything that is customized, for that he has to manage it according to their website code
4. You also mentioned the wrong image and wrong reference; the reference was another plugin that does not relate to this plugin
We help every single client via one-to-one meetings, skype, WhatsApp, and emails everywhere we are available to help each single client
Because customer satisfaction is important to us, so we are always open for maximum hours of working
