I installed the Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce on my website, It seamlessly integrated into WordPress, allowing me to implement a gift card system. What truly impressed me, though, was their customer service. During setup I could not for the life of me make it do what I wanted it too. Their support team responded above and beyond. Priyanshi, one of their developers, was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. Within minutes, my problem was resolved, not only helping me through the plethora of settings but even altering the code to adapt it to my own needs.

Out of hundreds plugins I have used across multiple sites, the Pro version of Ultimate WooCommerce Gift Cards is without a doubt the worst one. Not only the plugin is trash and I had to repair its functions by myself with every update, but also the support is the worst. No customer service at all. Give us your money and goodbye. Returning money when plugin does not do what they describe is not an option. I had 5 licenses of this plugin and used it once... I regret even the one use. Also I did not renew the license and did not update it after last update before expiration, because it is pain in the a*s... outcome is that after one year after expiration the plugin notifies me to upgrade it to pro version and all pro functions stopped working. Reactivating is not possible. I ended up writing new plugin by myself and it is just funny now, but I would not let these guys do even color change CSS. How many times will you rename the company? It was MakeWebBetter before which was full of negative reviews on Google... now as WP Swings, the Google Business profile does not exist, so you do not have to rename again?
