Excellent customer support (last time I dealt with Saqib). Both times I have contacted them regarding issues, they have spent as long as needed to figure out the problem.

I asked for some help with a snippet to pre-select information in certain fields based on previous answers in a form. The team was fast and efficient and found a solution ! They gave me updates while looking for a solution, and created a snippet that works perfectly :) It is nice to get help in such an efficient manner !

WPForms is outstanding and constantly adding new features
We have been paid subscribers of WPForms since 2018 and the experience has been fantastic. Over the years, it seems they have grown along with all their clients, continually improving based on client needs. No sooner has someone asked if we could do something with a form, than I check and see there's a new feature that does exactly what we need. It's also very flexible, and can do things it wasn't necessarily designed to do. We love it.
