But it turned out it was the regular price and recurring fee I signed up for but forgot about a year earlier. I complained. And expected little. Instead the team wrote back promptly. In the end they returned 90% of my fee. Retaining 10% processing fee. I felt that was respectful. Given that I had in fact signed up for recurring payments. The company was a 14 day refund policy for new sign ups. And applied that to me, even though I was a second time customer. I think that policy would be worth extending to all clients. Anyway, in the end I appreciated the clear concern with providing a service, excellent customer service, and genuinely demonstrating they are not just trying to rip people off. It was a nice reminder that people are decent. Even even business.

The technician got involved and helped me a lot; with his help, I found the solution in the right direction.
