One of the worst

Better stay away from WPForms, wont work without their other plugin, it's enshitification by design, they force you to upgrade over the most simple functions. Stay away from this one. Other plugins are paid as wel, but they offer real working forms from the get go.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. I cancelled my service when I moved my website to another platform and just received an auto renew that they had taken money out of my account. When I went to discuss the charge I realized that there is no phone number or email listed for them. I couldn’t fill out the required field for license information because it has been more than a year since I cancelled and have no record of that. When I disputed it with PayPal they told me that if I cancelled the dispute they swore that they would refund it…not how it works. If you cancel a dispute you can’t reopen it. So no, not doing the pinky swear, besties.

Terrible - they renewed at 3x the price without any notice. When I tried to raise a support ticket the form doesn't work!!! Says its all. I need a full refund immediately, yet no way of getting through to anyone

Good product but they automaticly renew your contract without asking you and they can charge you by any amount without your permission! BE CAREFUL ! And you can't delete your recorded credit card so you must contact your bank to block them.

Highly unethical unsubscribe practise. When you try and cancel your subscription, you don't just click cancel and confirm, they no less then 4 more times try to make you keep the subscription, by offering discounts and of concessions. I thought I'd cancelled it last year, and it auto renewed, now I have to pay them 10% because I am demanding a full refund. This is unacceptable and pushes the burden of ensuring my cancellation is done properly by, having to click 5 times NO. I cannot recommend this company as they make the practise of leaving obnoxious!

Not recommended for big and heavy form. Even the form taking too much loading time after using 15-20 conditional fields. I have contacted with them many times but didn’t provide my any working solution. Breaking the form into 4/5 small form is not a solution for that. Totally waste of money. I have more that 400 conditional fields. Finally switched to another form plugin after wasting lots of time and money. Shame on Wpforms.
