Hi Brad, We’ve reviewed your support tickets to better understand the situation. Your WPForms Basic subscription has been cancelled successfully and will not renew next year. We’ve shared your feedback on the cancellation process with our team for future improvements. Just so you know, when a refund is processed, the subscription is automatically cancelled, so no manual steps are needed. One of our team members responded to your ticket shortly after receiving it, explaining the refund process. The email kept getting bounced. Possibly some issue with the email or maybe the email doesn't exist anymore. You may want to contact your email host or update your email here: https://wpforms.com/account/profile/. Your payment has been refunded and should be processed within 5-10 business days. Hoping to get an opportunity to serve you again to redeem your trust. Please let us know if you have any questions or additional feedback. Best regards, The WPForms Team
