Very quick responses and friendly

I had the pleasure of working with the team behind BetterDoc, and I couldn’t be more impressed by their dedication and professionalism. We encountered an issue that wasn’t even related to their plugin but was instead caused by a firewall rule on our WordPress site. Despite this, the team went above and beyond to investigate the problem thoroughly on both our staging and production environments. Their willingness to help, even when the issue was outside the scope of their plugin, shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. They took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly and provided us with valuable insights into resolving the issue. I highly recommend BetterDoc for anyone looking for a top-notch plugin and outstanding support. Truly exceptional service!

Great suite of plugins and awesome support! ❤️

I have been using a plugin from WPDeveloper, and overall, my experience has been positive. Their support team went above and beyond by directly addressing and resolving errors on my site. This level of personalized support is truly commendable and gave me confidence in their commitment to their users. However, I did encounter some hiccups with certain updates to the plugin. On a few occasions, new versions introduced issues that temporarily disrupted functionality on my site. While these problems were eventually addressed, it did require some back-and-forth with the support team. That said, the responsiveness and willingness of their team to assist have been excellent, and the plugin itself offers powerful features that enhance my site's capabilities. I appreciate their dedication to improvement and would recommend this plugin with the hope that future updates will be smoother. Keep up the great work, WPDeveloper! With a bit more focus on update stability, this plugin could easily earn five stars.

The WPDeveloper support was really great, thanks a lot.

WP Developer support is responsive and helpful with the solutions they offer. I needed help customizing the LearnDash Course widget and their support team provided the code to meet my client's requests.
