WPDeveloperReviews of wpdeveloper.com

I cancelled license. they kept charging for renewals every year. I have screenshots of license showing inactive on their website... they continue to charge for renewals. I'm dealing with this nonsense throuhg paypal and credit card company... total waste of time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I wrote a review a while back about how great their support team is and how they've helped me out and responded quickly to fix a problem for me. But even though great customer support seems to be getting harder and harder to find, even more rare is companies who respond to your feedback. I recently encountered some new things they were doing and noticed something that wasn't very user-friendly in my opinion. At most companies that email gets deleted. Maybe they pass it along. The people at WPDeveloper reached out, thanking me for the feedback and discussed options to make it better, including helping me with a workaround until they could get it changed. Chris McElroy SEO Agency uses several WPDeveloper products and will continue to do so. We definitely recommend them to others.

I've recently started using a few plugins from WPDeveloper, and have found them to be extremely effective. Their xSpeed caching and the new ThinkRank SEO plugins are amazing. I would say these are top performing plugins in their fields. I have had a few issues with getting my licence codes to save (requires an authorisation email which wasn't appearing), but support have been really helpful, and got things up and running. Really impressed - highly recommended.

I had used WPDeveloper plugins on a few sites. On 8/22/26 they attempted to charge my card three days before my 8/25 expiration date. That attempt failed. I received no renewal notice — I learned of the charge attempt from my bank's fraud alert. I emailed support about attempts to bill before the expiration date. Their support replied: "If you'd prefer not to renew, no action is needed; you won't be charged, and the subscription will simply expire on August 25." I took no action, did not update my payment method as their email said would be required, and told them directly I would not be renewing. I also tried to remove my card from my account and found I could not — the account offered no working way to cancel or delete stored payment information. On 8/28 they charged my card anyway. I contacted support again. Their 8/29 email acknowledged I "had already requested the cancellation" and that a refund was pending. On 8/30, they refused the refund, telling me I should have contacted them before disputing with my bank—despite their email the previous day confirming I had. I was given three different explanations for the early billing – none made sense or aligned with the subscription expiration date. The products worked reasonably well, but updates often caused conflicts, and their published 2026 changelog showing repeated security fixes was a growing concern for us. The billing problem was the final straw: if you buy, do not leave a card on file, because you may not be able to remove it – and you may get surprise billings and the runaround when you try to get your money back.

I cannot recommend WPDeveloper or BetterDocs Pro based on my experience. The product itself was not useful for our needs and did not provide the value we expected. After deciding not to continue using it, an annual $69 BetterDocs Pro renewal was charged on August 11, 2026. I submitted a refund and cancellation request through their support portal on August 13, 2026. After five days, there has been no reply at all. The automatic payment has now been canceled through PayPal, and I had to open a PayPal dispute to request a refund for an unused annual renewal. A product that does not meet expectations is one thing, but ignoring a clear refund request makes the experience much worse. Their support and refund handling have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

one of the best WP agency i really liked the support team , its not easy to get great support specially for many wp plugins in one package but wpdevelopers did it super good, i got a great help from Loren from support team, all helped me in the chat direct without waiting a time in support ticket which is really great, and as a user since many years now i enjoy the Essential Addons For Elementor and SchedulePress and now i have to say congratulations for the new product ThinkRank .. i really wish you all the best and all success

Great plugin and even better support!

Had a problem with the EmbedPress plugin. Support quickly found the problem. They also prepared a version with the specific fix. Next update the fix will be rolled out to other users. Five stars well deserved, Tracy.
