I wrote a review a while back about how great their support team is and how they've helped me out and responded quickly to fix a problem for me. But even though great customer support seems to be getting harder and harder to find, even more rare is companies who respond to your feedback. I recently encountered some new things they were doing and noticed something that wasn't very user-friendly in my opinion. At most companies that email gets deleted. Maybe they pass it along. The people at WPDeveloper reached out, thanking me for the feedback and discussed options to make it better, including helping me with a workaround until they could get it changed. Chris McElroy SEO Agency uses several WPDeveloper products and will continue to do so. We definitely recommend them to others.

I've recently started using a few plugins from WPDeveloper, and have found them to be extremely effective. Their xSpeed caching and the new ThinkRank SEO plugins are amazing. I would say these are top performing plugins in their fields. I have had a few issues with getting my licence codes to save (requires an authorisation email which wasn't appearing), but support have been really helpful, and got things up and running. Really impressed - highly recommended.

one of the best WP agency i really liked the support team , its not easy to get great support specially for many wp plugins in one package but wpdevelopers did it super good, i got a great help from Loren from support team, all helped me in the chat direct without waiting a time in support ticket which is really great, and as a user since many years now i enjoy the Essential Addons For Elementor and SchedulePress and now i have to say congratulations for the new product ThinkRank .. i really wish you all the best and all success

Had a problem with the EmbedPress plugin. Support quickly found the problem. They also prepared a version with the specific fix. Next update the fix will be rolled out to other users. Five stars well deserved, Tracy.

i was facing overflow issues with Woo Product Carousel element, tried all sort of things still problem was not solved, then i connect with the wpdeveloper team member he guided me with all possible options and finally after it resolved by putting a piece of custom css code. i appreciate the patience of the team member as this discussion continued with multiple long breaks still he guided me to the end. Thankyou.
