What an amazing service! Realised I was way out of my technical depth when trying to add additional capabilities to my website - however all the features I could have wanted are now implemented and more thanks to the customer services team! Initally contacted the customer services team to cancel the product and get a refund however, after I explained my issue and I recieved a personalised video on how to implement the features on my website, and follow up messages with prompt responses to my clarification questions! Would definitely recommend!
