Hello Danny! We're sorry to hear that you have had an unpleasant experience with our support service and plugin. I've checked the requests history, and the situation is following: Our team has replied to all your emails and was trying to know about the problems that you were experiencing but you were requesting a refund without any valid reason. You have received the complete product and license too and even after getting everything you have asked for a refund. As per our terms, We are ready to refund the whole payment if our mentioned features do not work on your site or in case we are unable to resolve the issue encountered with our plugin. You must be able to provide the requested access details to our technical team to resolve the encountered issue. We are still happy to help you if you really want to start your own online web and app business. Thank you,
