The worst and most expensive compay. Needed to talk to a representative. I'm bed ridden, they want me get up and unplug the TV. Oh my goodness

Received text message and email stating I'm past due and service will be disrupted and there is no balance. Called customer service and was told it was sent in error. I work from home so I depend on Internet service. Get it together Wow!

One the most inconsiderate companies I've seen in my lifetime. I would not subscribe to their service even if it were free!

I am due a refund from WOW and can't get it. They say I should receive an email from a company called North Lane which I did not receive. They say there's nothing they can do and that I need to contact North Lane. Apparently North Lane issues the debit cards for refunds and the only way you can contact North Lane is with the debit card number which I never received. Round and round we go. They don't have a problem taking my money with auto withdrawal, but can't auto credit back to that account.

Long time customer because our park doesn't give us another option. A nightmare from day one. NOTHING is done as requested. ALWAYS a problem. Fixing billing issues - ALWAYS In Wow's favor of course - takes call after call after call. And still takes weeks/months to resolve. I loathe Wow with every fiber of my being.

Super shady company. I spoke with a local door to door salesman. I told him that I might possibly be interested. He took down some of my information and the next thing that I know is that he just went ahead and signed me up. I haven’t even had an install and have called the company many times, but I still seem to have an account. Avoid this company any way you can!

STOP!!! If you are reading this, Turn back!! Do not subscribe to this illegitimate mongoloid of a company's service. WOW wont bend you. They break you!! Leaving you screaming, "WOW!!! What a jack legged moron I was when I agreed this company." They are a Void. Absquatulate now. Seriously.... RUN away from WOW!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called to cancel. Person on the phone did her job and tried to keep me by discounting. I declined. She advised that I wouldn't get my next bill and turned auto pay off. A week later I see a bill come through and mark it as fraud. Now I get a bill in the mail with a return payment fee......they said they can't adjust my bill since my account is closed ......but I was billed for the previous month and didn't get the bill until the current month without advisement. So now I have to pay $103 instead of $73. What a joke. Glad I cancelled. Mediocre wifi and crap policies.
