WowpetsmartReviews of wowpetsmart.com

Like almost all other reviews, I have had a terrible experience with Wow Pet Smart. I have a friend you is a Bulldog breeder and Jack Daniels fan. Ordered and paid for the bottle as a novelty. I was not expecting any kind of good quality but I cannot judge even that as I have not received anything other than a tracking number. Worst is, my wife warned me........... Terrible experience. I bought the duck and octopus for my 2yr old shitzu, I gave him the duck this morning within an hour he had the wing ripped off and stuffing out.. so much for bloody unbreakable I could have bought the same quality from.a $2 store.. waste of money and I am FURIOUS. I have emailed what hsppend so waiting for a response... hopefully...

I purchased a buy one get one stuffed toy for my dogs that was advertised for strong chewers. One of the toys was chewed up within two hours. I took away the other one because I didn’t want them to chew that up and take a chance on them, swallowing any of it. This product is unsafe for dogs that are classified as strong chewers. Do not buy. They are a health hazard.

Ordered $71 with of dog toys for my chewy puppy. Received an email of confirmation and that was the last I heard. Sent an email cancelling the order and asking for a refund. Followed this up with numerous other emails and tried contacting through Facebook Messenger. No response! So they stole the money and nothing was ever sent and they do not answer the phone or any other method of contact.

Ordered 2 decanters at were not at all what was pictured. Extremely cheap crap! Tried to get a hold of customer service through email and phone with no response! Terrible company

Pup loves her new toy but floor looks like a snow storm after 10 minutes. Won't even last the day

Received my order today, over 2 weeks after placing the order. Way too long in the modern world. They claim the toy is for strong chewers, and will replace it for free if it rips. My dog ripped the toy in in multiple places in less than 5 minutes of play. Sent them an email right away. Quick response, I'll give them that, but they want $8 to ship the replacement or they'll add it to my next order of $39 or more with free shipping. Why would I give them any more of my money? Even the $8 for shipping isn't worth 5 minutes of play...

I placed an order on the 21st May. Payment went off my card but did not receive any confirmation or invoice. I sent emails to support but they are blocked. Calls go to voice mail. Still have not received anything or heard from them
