If there was a possibility of putting zero stars on a review, this would be it. I ordered 2 toys in November of 2024. In January of 2025 I started sending emails amd even tried calling, multiple times. At the beginning of May, I received an email apologizing that the order had been lost and they would replace them. In the middle of May, I asked if there was a tracking number as I still hadn't received an email with one. Again, I received an email apologizing that our dogs had chewed the toys apart......I never received the toys to begin with?! Great company, if you don't want to receive their product after paying for it!

Purchased these toys for "strong chewer" and relaxing toy. Absolute rubbish. My dog had it for 2 days and already had the stuffing out and bits chewed off. The top with the "relaxing" sound is just the usual high pitched squeak. No response from company at all. STEAR CLEAR.

Ordered the dog whiskey bottle almost a month ago. Email confirmation said it was on its way. Contacted company got no response. Unreliable company ..don’t even know if I’ll get a refund.

I agree with many of the other reviews. Two of the three toys are already destroyed. They are replacing one of them, but I had to pay 8 Euros shipping (or I could buy more toys and get free shipping). So free replacement is not free at all. I had high hopes, but was left highly disappointed.

Should be zero stars, my puppies destroyed one toy in less than a minute. They are garbage. Like others have written on their reviews, they do not respond to your emails and the supposedcustomer service number goes straight to voice mail and of course they never respond to those either. I filed a dispute with cc and after they contacted them about the dispute they responded on the last day saying the were delivered in good shape. So I contacted my cc and filed another continuance of my dispute and they agreed to my refund. Save yourself a lot of grief avoid this company

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd give. I ordered many 'indestructible' dog toys and they were all shredded within seconds. They do not respond to emails or requests for replacements (this is what they advertise). DO NOT buy from this company.

Tried to cancel order due to reviews no reply to emails and they sent out the order which was very cheap rubbish and broken email sent again still no reply stay away from these people take your money for a very bad product

I am not sure why I didn’t read these reviews ahead of time. I think I thought they were connected with PetSmart which I really love and of course they are not connected to PetSmart in any way! My bad. We bought two toys and got three free which also came with a $9.99 mystery box, totaling $69. My dogs had ripped off the first head within five minutes. we’re in the process of moving and so I wrote a letter asking how to return the products and never heard back from them. Meantime, my dog got a hold of another one and ripped its head off in five minutes. I have yet to hear back from the company on how to submit the returns. I also never got the mystery box that I paid $9.99 for!
