This is the email i sent 2 times and have not heard from them… This was 5 hours after I received the 2 toys for my dog. Supposed to be guaranteed not to be destroyed. As your ad states they will be replaced . Replace or refund please

The advert was full of reviews claiming that their dog toys were super strong and that the toy was guaranteed not to get chewed up. The guarantee consists of asking for more money to get another substandard toy shipped out. The 'indestructible ' toy lasted 10 minutes

Avoid at all costs. Quick to take your money, products are not as advertised and then when you try to organise the replacements they promise they don't reply! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Took advantage of the two-for-one offer. Our 10 month old Cocker Spaniel Floki had the first toy destroyed (squeaker removed) within 20 minutes. It took him 15 minutes to get the stuffing out of the second toy. Rubbish.

The toy wasn’t remotely durable- my dog removed all the stuffing and the squeaker in less than a half hour. It wasn’t even “more durable” in the slightest as compared to other toys. What a complete waste of money- I hope others see this and don’t make the same mistake that I did.

I bought the special offer 2 for 1 indestructible soft toys. I thought they were a bit pricey but the word 'indestructible' was the selling point. Beautifully made but my border collie and golden retriever had ripped both of them within an hour. No complaints about delivery. Customer service could have been better. It took 5 emails before I received a response. The replacement toy, a yellow and gold ball lasted 1 day. I wouldn't recommend these toys.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. These stuffed toys are supposed to be indestructible or at least semi-indestructible. Not even close. My dog went through the ones that purchased in 5 minutes. Customer service is MIA, via both email and busy phone. I do not recommend this company and/or toys at all. A complete waste of money and no follow through on replacements!

Whatever you do don't buy the plush toys from this company. Flimsy fabric, little to no stuffing, and a squeaker not secured and a choking hazard. Also ordered the toy basket. Haven't received "yet" so no comment there. Will see if it even arrives and the quality. Not holding out much hope.
