What a piece of junk!!! I bought the duck and the hippo. Within about 1 and a half hours, she had chewed the knot off one of the hippos arms and the arm pulled all the way out and the squeaker on the duck stopped working. Also, they seem to have a company in the USA ( which is where I thought I ordered mine from ) and a company in Hong Kong which is where mine came from. It took 3/4 weeks to get them and when they charged my card, there were two charges, with one being a charge for it being an international order. If I could give this a negative rating it would be a -8.5 for overall quality and satisfaction.

I, like many others, took advantage of the 2 for 1 deal. The second toy is still doing ok, but the first one was torn within a few days. The phone number on their site doesn't work, call immediately "fails" when you try to call. Emails have gone unanswered. I even tried to post a one-star review on their website, and it was not posted. So apparently they block reviews to keep the reviews on their site artificially high. It's to bad, because my girls loved the toys, but the customer service is total trash.

Another Chinese scam, sends you a $2 shop equivalent toy which was destroyed within an hour.

Toys are nothing more than your regular plush toys from the store. Nothing about them is "tough." Puppy Golden Retriever had the stuffing out within 10 minutes. We were guaranteed replacements but have yet to get a response after 4 attempts to customer service.

If you post a poor review on their website they do not post it. This company is ripping people off, my dog managed to destroy her frog toy in 5 minutes

Scam company avoid. Ordered, received what must be a fake tracking number. No response from customer services.

Absolute SCAM company. Toys are far from indestructible. Will not give refund only replace if you pay for shipping. Why would you want a replacement of a terrible product? Zero customer service. They send you a form letter telling you the above. Don't buy!!!

False advertising. Ridiculously overpriced. Look at the reviews. Toys are not any tougher than an average dog toy. Will only replace once if you pay for shipping
