My dog took a whole 13 minutes to destroy his toy. I have contacted the company many times about this but not received a single reply.

They abuse a clause in PayPal’s buyer protection policy that means dog toys are subject to a very subjective policy they call a “buyers expectation” policy. This means a store can advertise indestructible dog toys and supply inferior garbage without repercussions.

Dreadful products that were destroyed in less than 5 minutes. No response at all !!!! Such a waste of money and clearly a scam. Stay well away !!!

Very bad quality. My dog is not a big chewer but she has broken it in less than a week. It had never happend before.

I think the ones from the "legit" web site are possibly poorer quality than the "rip-offs" from China. They are no doubt from the same country as no special packaging and no paper work and lots of chinese stickers.

Items arrived. Hippo lasted 20 minutes! Now in pieces with stuffing all over the floor. Such poor quality I don't even want a replacement - I'll just look elsewhere.

Word of warning. Don't impulse buy. I did (unusually), and I forgot to read the reviews beforehand. Almost immediately after the purchase I emailed to request a full refund (as per the policy on the website) and I got an auto response saying 'we're sorry to hear your dog has chewed the toy' or something like that, which implies they know the product is terrible. I got no response after 3 emails, so I raised it with PayPal but they closed the case. When the toys arrived there was no paperwork, so no possibility to return. My best bet is they buy poor cheap quality products from China without testing them, and put a mark up of 500%. If enough people don't bother to ask a refund, then they make money. Avoid at all costs, and buy a Kong instead.
