WowpetsmartReviews of wowpetsmart.com

Ad incorrectly states the durability. I think they meant to say easily destructible. 5 minutes tops for my moderate chewer. Took 6 weeks to arrive. No customer service. As others have said, junk!

I bought 2 for my husky and they lasted 2 seconds. Never again ! They are horrible and don't last at all.

This company is a total scam. Got two for my shepards and both were destroyed in 5 mins. Tried to email and no response and can’t get through on phone. They need to be reported.

Ordered two toys. My dog had one for about a half hour and its destroyed.. they won't reply to me. They are trash..

AVOID Wish I would have read the previous reviews. My boxer ripped within 10 minutes and company did not even acknowledge my first email of the shipment being late. Let’s see if they reply to the next mail. AVOID

Bought 2 x ‘Durachew - Designed for strong chewers’ dog toys. It was £28 for the 2. Took quite a while to arrive and when they did my dogs shredded them in less than 20 seconds. They are nothing more than a £1 soft plush toy that you can buy anywhere. They advertise that they will replace any toy, so I contacted them (same day the toys arrived) and they offered to send me direct replacements but I have to pay £8 delivery……. I don’t want a replacement obviously!! They are total junk and not as advertised, described and definitely not fit for purpose. Stay away from this company, definitely a scam! Also it says delivered by Evri but the tracking number supplied doesn’t work on Evri website as their tracking numbers are 16 digits long and mine was 12, to be honest I’m surprised anything showed up!

Saw the ad for this indestructible dog toy on Facebook. Gave the toys to our Australian Shepard and our Weimaraner. All of the toys were torn within 10 minutes. Tried to call and emailed Wowpetsmart to inform them of the issues. The phone number is always busy and there has been no response from the email. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

Would give minus stars if I had the option. Bought 4 chew toys for my 8 month old pup. He ripped the ear off the frog in 10mins. Utterly destroyed the rest of it in 1hour. The others enjoyed the same fate. Not cheap toys, in fact cheap toys lasted longer, he still has a few of them in his toy box. This is an absolute con. Stay well away.
