Same experience as all the other negative reviews. Took a month to deliver and the chew toys both were worn after a few minutes of play. I have a small 13lb dog, so was really surprised.

Received order after 3 weeks and then my mini labradoodle had it torn up in 30 minutes. Emailed company twice and tried calling (number not working). Wish I would had read these reviews before purchasing.

The company took my money then never sent me the toy. Have asked Shopify to look into it but no joy there either. Very disappointed, wish I'd read these reviews first.

I ordered 2 and still haven’t received them. The tracking number sent doesn’t exist. I’ve written 3 times to cancel. Fortunately I used PayPal and they are working on the case. PayPal is always the way to go 🤞. But also, I need to start reading reviews in advance.

This is a scam. These toys are cheaply made and not worth the time and effort. My dogs destroyed them within an hour. I wish I had seen these reviews first.

Ordered dogs toys never received but instead I got a woman's dress under the same tracking number. There was a lable on the package with different name address and tracking number but my lable was put over the top of this. So someone has my dog toys and I have there dress. 😂 I did try calling the number on package but no pick up. Very strange.

I placed an order in November of 2024 and still haven’t received my order and it’s January of 2025!! If I could give zero stars I definitely would! So upset and I’m out 40 bucks!

Very unhappy . Bought 2 toys for my dogs which were described as “indestructible” and one toy was destroyed within 2 hours . Don’t believe it, don’t but it. Emailed the company but have had no response
