I can`t understand the low rating for this company. I had a 10mm 20v drill that started failing 1 month before the guarantee ran out, I contacted Worx who asked me to send in the proof of purchase, after this was done I recieved a postage paid address label with instructions to return just the drill. 3 weeks later I was stunned to recieve a brand new drill, 2 new batteries and charger with a 60 peice drill set all in an aluminium carry case!

As my husband got older, and more tasks fell on me, i struggled with the weight of “his” tools. So i tried Worx. Started with their weed whacker, liked it; graduated to the new whacker when it came out and because it was longer, love it; sold my 2-yr old one for what i bought it for on worx-ebay; bought the switch driver and crazy about that! Just got the hydrosprayer and it’s incredibly handy. I’ve had to call and email them several times and they were awesome! The videos don’t “lie.” But buyer HAS to read. I.e. i take the hydro up on the roof whereas i can’t manage that with my hose. And i add the cleaner to it to wash off the lawn tractor, which my hose doesn’t do. Def more power than our hose. Great engineering, thanks worx!

I would rate a zero if possible. Chainsaw broke on first use with a 3 year guarantee. Have to phone a premium rate number to try and get a replacement. I am going to write this chainsaw off and never buy this brand again. Absolute rubbish.

Kære worx jeg har nu i længere tid forsøgt at købe en ny bore maskine men uden held. Jeg har prøvet via flere forhandler dog uden held. De fortæller alle at man ikke kan får leveret varerne fra jer da i åbenbart har valgt selv at stå for salg/distribution i Danmark . Kan i ikke snart tage jer sammen og få styr på tingene, da jeg har 4 batterier, 1 defekt boremaskine, og en garage jeg gerne vil være færdig med. Vågn nu op i mister kunder på det her cirkus.

NEVER AGAIN WORX LANDROID robot ... NEVERAGAIN A WORX LANDROID robot lawn mower - don't buy it - total bad customer service Buying Worx Landroid M700 on May 25, 2019 - from day one it comes with "wire missing" - even though there is green light at charging station - so spend days checking my wire - find no errors Contacts Silvan where it is bought - with the message that I should contact E-motion they have the service for Worx - get advice on stripping more of the wire - this is tried, but the same mistake "thread missing" - contact E-motion they asked me to send it back and notice that repair takes approx. 3 days - machine has now been in workshop for almost 2 weeks - contacts E-motion now information that I should not expect machine ready for another 2 weeks - therefore contact Silvan - who has just called and informed me that I should expect 3 to 4 weeks before it is ready - SUPER Now I stand with extra costs for cutting lawn at DKK 150.00 per. week when it is the cottage - I can not recommend WORX at all and will NEVER buy a robotic lawnmower from them or, for that matter, another product - KEEP AWAY FROM WORX LANDROID

absolutely love these products. Have power shot, leaf blower and strimmer all of which I find more than adequate. How anyone can say power washer is no use I can,t understand. Yes perhaps having a water supply has its' benefits. It is great - possibly having back up batteries on charge is a bonus. ready to buy hedge trimmer now.

In december 2018 heb ik een Worx machine aangeschaft, waarbij ik 20 euro retour zou ontvangen via een cash back actie. Het is nu 14 april 2019 en nog steeds is de cash back niet uitbetaald. Ik heb al meerdere keren gemaild naar Worx, krijg soms antwoord, maar niet altijd. Een maand geleden heeft Worx aangegeven dat "de bank" opdracht heeft gekregen tot uitbetalen van de cash back, maar helaas heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik zal verder geen Worx machines meer aanschaffen en ik ga binnenkort bij Praxis een klacht indienen, want daar heb ik de machine gekocht. Ik heb via Internet meerdere vergelijkbare klachten over Worx gevonden, dus het lijkt een structureel probleem.
