Et bien ici je vais mettre un avis de 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins. Un robot neuf jamais sorti du carton qui ne fonctionne pas et qui a été sorti du carton quelques jours après la fin de garantie pour des raisons de santé. Worx n'en a rien a faire même si le produit n'a jamais été utilisé. Vous savez à quoi vous en tenir avec cette marque qui ose faire payer si cher un produit si peu fiable

C'est vraiment de la Mer.. j'ai acheté une visseuses la première batterie ma lâcher au bout de 6mois la deuxième au bout de 1an et demi. Plus jamais de ma vie je rachete cette doubt. A quelle que euros de près il vaut mieux acheter une bonne marque au moins on sera pas déçu. Mon voisin a acheté la sienne au Lidel et elle fonctionne encore. Bravo worx

Afgelopen zaterdag naar de Praxis gegaan voor een nieuwe accu voor mijn word multitool. Toevallig was daar net een worx-vertegenwoordiger aanwezig. Na een kort gesprek met deze, inmiddels gepensioneerde, vriendelijke man, hebben we uiteindelijk gratis een nieuwe accu van hem gekregen!! Grote klasse. Hartelijk dank! Dit is zeldzaam…

Kan kun anbefale worx robotplæneklipper. Har nu fungeret formidabelt på 4. år. Flottere og flottere plæne.

It takes a couple of hours to charge the battery, takes 20 minutes to work. I called Worx and I was told to buy 1 to 2 more batteries with chargers. I threw it away.

I received a Worx hammer drill as a present. Used it a few times (still looks like new). On/off speed controller switch would not work properly. Worx could not supply a new switch and would not consider a warranty claim because I had no proof of purchase. TOTALLY CRAP TOOL AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a worx screwdriver , brilliant little tool, had it about 4 years but now it will not work battery fully charged but press trigger work light comes on but driver is dead. Contacted Worx to send it back in for a non warranty repair and was told that they only repair in warranty tools and suggested I purchase a new one or find a local repairer, what terrible service I find I can buy a battery screwdriver 3 times on line for the price of one Worx screwdriver so go on line but one if it breaks throw it away and get another , cheers Len
