Dear Glenys Pierce, Thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback and understand that it can be confusing when first using WorthPoint’s trial subscription. WorthPoint’s website offers a free trial of 7 price lookups within 7 days (whichever comes first) to research your item. Per our records, we found that you registered for the trial on 10/02/20 and used two lookups during the 7 day trial. Since the subscription wasn’t cancelled, you were charged on 10/09/20. If a customer does not wish to keep their account after the free trial period, they would need to physically cancel the account before the end of the free trial period to avoid any subscription fees. We understand that confusion can happen and we have provided a refund and cancelled your subscription. We are always available to assist you via the methods below. Be sure to cancel at the end of your trial, as it is up to the user to cancel before the charges will begin after you use the free trial. We do apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you regarding your PayPal account. We see that you registered and started your free trial on 09/03/20 and cancelled on 09/05/20. Our free trial is 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. While we see that you did not exceed your 7 lookups, you activated the subscription, which caused the charge attempt.
