We found that your account is associated with a subscription that was created on 12/31/21. There is a free trial that starts all of our subscribers out with 7 lookups or 7 days, whichever comes first. All of our subscribers receive a welcome email communicating the parameters of the subscription and free trial trial. The email sent to your address on file was 12/31/21. The subscription was activated on 01/07/22 upon completion of the trial. We were able to recover the information associated with your account via your call to our team, and canceled the subscription. WorthPoint provides three subscriptions: the Price Guide Premium, which provides unlimited price lookups, Marks and Library, which provide research only, and All Access, which combines the first two subscriptions together. We found via our records a subscription associated with your email address was connected to our Marks and Library program. It appears you may have wanted to subscribe to the Price Guide Premium instead. We have canceled the subscription and followed up with an email to offer assistance in utilizing WorthPoint.
