Prices are good except shipping
Updated this because I made a big mistake. My shipping cost was 28% of the cost of the furniture I purchased. For context, my furniture order was $1,264 for three pieces. The shipping charge was $356. The only reason I actually kept the order was because I have several other pieces from this same set and I could not find them anywhere else. Worthington replied and told me that this is not a profit center. I do not believe that a vendor of their size can't get items shipped for less than $120 per box. Original Review was below: Purchasing the furniture was easy. My only problem is with the shipping cost. The charge for shipping was more than 10% of the total cost. I do not mind paying shipping, but they have made this a profit center which is frustrating to say the least.

Confirming: We 100% do not make profit on freight costs. Freight rates are provided prior to placing any order. Please contact us prior to proceeding with your order if you ever have any concerns or questions about freight. We are happy to look for alternative options. Original reply: We're glad to hear the furniture purchase went well! Shipping costs can be expensive due to many factors, but we do not make any profit on freight services. We offer live rates from multiple carriers which they calculate based on the weight and distance that products must be shipped. Always feel free to contact our sales team if you are concerned about a freight rate. We can offer alternative products that may ship from a closer location or other solutions on ways to reduce shipping costs.

Among the 12 sets of student three of the desks were damaged
Among the 12 sets of student desks we purchased, three of the desks were damaged. We have contacted the staff many times and have not been resolved so far. So far I have not received any of your latest three desktops. Sincerely hope to get your reply and replace the damaged desktop. In fact, this really limits my desire to buy a table and chair again.
