When I got the chair there was a document in the box that stated the chair was not for outdoor use and the warranty was invalid if it was used outdoors. This was not indicated on the description on the web site. I also found it to be less sturdy than I expected.

The advertised item I ordered was discontinued. Once the PO was issued, they contacted me to offer a similar (more expensive) product at a discount. As I moved to proceed, I realized they also tripled the shipping cost fromf $50 something to $180 something.

Incredibly frustrating trying to place the order! I tried 3 different browsers and finally got it to go with Chrome.

I think everything was ok until I got pay . The shipping fee was really high the only reason why I still did it is because we really need the items. But there has to be a better way

Parts were damaged in shipping replacements took longer to arrive than they should have then when I received my order two boxes containing half of a desk were missing from the order. The redeeming quality of the situation has been Blair and Zach in customer service and sales making sure things are at least getting processed. Although I feel like Zach lit a fire to get things moving as I had not gotten in my opinion good responses to start with.

The wrong pieces were sent for assembly and it took quite some time for and still as of this date the correct assembly pieces have not been sent.

From a customer standpoint, the biggest issue is the lack of product transparency on the listing. The page currently includes only two images of the chair with the headrest attached, and neither clearly shows the rear mounting design or provides a close-up of the headrest itself. To try to fill in the gaps, I also looked into the manufacturer, Nine Group, but found similarly limited information there as well—no additional images or meaningful specifications. As a result, it’s difficult to make a fully informed purchase, particularly when it comes to understanding adjustability and overall functionality. In practice, the headrest feels extremely limited. It meets the most basic expectation of being an attachment, but it lacks meaningful ergonomic design. It sits noticeably far back on the chair, and without any forward adjustment or articulation, it doesn’t provide effective head or neck support in a standard seated position. I found that I had to use a separate headrest pillow just to compensate for the gap and make it usable without reclining the chair, which largely defeats the purpose of purchasing a dedicated headrest. The product did arrive intact, and installation was straightforward, so no concerns there. However, I do have some reservations about long-term durability. The mounting screws are positioned on the underside, which raises a concern that, over time, gravity and repeated use could affect how securely the headrest stays in place. Lastly, the pricing structure significantly impacts the perceived value. While the headrest itself was $35, the $40 shipping cost—particularly for a shipment from Illinois to Missouri—felt excessive and disproportionate to the product. That alone made the overall purchase harder to justify. Overall, I think there’s a clear opportunity here for improvement on the retail side—specifically in providing more detailed images, clearer product information, and a more balanced shipping cost structure. Even if some of the limitations stem from the manufacturer, better transparency on your listing would go a long way in setting accurate expectations and improving the customer experience.

Product was delivered within time frame. However, damages were seen on the locker. Not able to salvage. Have ordered before unassembled lockers with no issue.
