It arrived in beat up packaging with many scratches, one significant on it. This you charge over $400 shipping for? I would never order anything from your company again. In fact I will be sure to inform the ergonomic specialist who recommended you.

the item I ordered worked flawlessly with the chair. The disappointing factor was that the shipping costs were more expensive than the item I purchased. The shipping charges seemed excessive. Shipping was timely.

Prices were good but shipping cost was extravagant. I was going to by $7000 worth of product but only bought $300 because of shipp was going to be $2000.

we ordered a magnetic board on 1/24/23. When the order did arrive it was discovered that one of the boards was not magnetic. Have now been dealing with trying to get the issue resolved for almost 2 weeks, customer service seems to feel we can't tell the difference between a magnetic board and a non-magnetic board. Getting very frustrated and for sure will make sure nothing is ever purchased here again. Order #27864 if anybody cares
