More than a single transaction
Always very helpful even when we make a mistake. We recently had an order that was damaged in shipping but we did not see it right away due to our company being in the mist of moving to a new location. They were willing to look beyond just the transaction and the policy to look at our history as a long-time good client and help us out.

The teachers love their new cabinets…
The teachers love their new cabinets and the new desks and chairs are wonderful. I want to add that we had one problem with one of the cabinets and had to contact Worthington Direct about it. They were extremely timely on their response and took care of our problem right away. I will definitely do business with them again.

GREAT PRODUCT AND QUICK DELIVERY
I just ordered my second work table from Worthington Direct. I LOVE the product: very strong and adjustable height. Worthington Direct had what I needed (I had bought one on Amazon in 2020, but it was no longer available) I finally found it at Worthington Direct and bought one. I just recently bought another/ second work table from Worthington Direct as well. Great product and great service. Yay! Great job Worthington Direct. I will buy again from you. Very happy in all regards.
