The floor in my house was damaged and I had it replaced by Worldwide. They were extremely professional right from the beginning from helping me to choose the word down to installing it. I would always return to Worldwide for whatever flooring needs I have.

I have always known Worldwide as a company that deliver excellent value on carpet and flooring purchases but my recent experience showcased delivery of great customer service. I needed to get carpet installed at my parent's house within a very tight time frame. Jeff Gobler and the Worldwide installation team went above and beyond the call to accommodate my challenging situation. They installed the carpet the day after they received the shipment and did an excellent job. I am quite grateful to them for their outstanding service and delivery!

The staff at Worldwide Wholesale Floor was amazing. They were helpful with every question, concern, problem and issue we had. Shawn and Karen also went way above and beyond for us with respect to customer service and got us our floors as quickly as possible. The quality of the floor is outstanding and they look fantastic in our new kitchen. Renovation projects are stressful but when you have a great support team in place it makes it go that much more smoothly. Thanks again for everything.

Very nice experience from purchase to install.

While I take partial responsibility and am shocked at myself for letting it happen, the carpet was installed without anyone going over a floor plan with me, but I do computers for a living, not carpeting. It seems to me that the carpet store and installers are the professionals and that someone should have offered this to me. Had we gone over the floor plan, I would have found out that the carpet I chose only comes in 12 foot rolls, thereby leaving many seams throughout the 2 bedrooms, hallway and living room and dining room areas, with one seam going across the CENTER of the living room. The seam in the living room is VERY noticeable. Knowing this in advance, we would have opted for a different carpet that came in a 15 foot roll, eliminating almost ALL of the seams. In their defense, they did place a service call to come out and look at the one seam, but my wife and I decided to cancel the call because we didn't want anything made worse. Also, because of this seam, it "appears" as if there are 2 different shades of the carpet, depending on the light and different times of day. This can not be fixed no matter how much better the seam was made. Overall, we are very disgusted !!!.

The installed floor looks great - very happy with that part. However, the cove base is not evenly installed (or even adhered to the wall) in a number of spots, the incorrect reducer was sent and the stair nose got lost from the numerous rewrites of the order so those are still 10 days away to install (four weeks without them), the quarter round was light oak (match floor) rather than the dark color I ordered to match the panelling and door frame and it just plain looks stupid how it was installed. And, since the install, my dishwasher is not working. I sent a complaint with pictures to the salesperson, who promptly forwarded it to installation that same Friday, but I never heard from the installation department and finally called the woman myself the following Thursday. I fully expect this will be resolved and my dishwasher repair may be covered as I was told to send the bill in, but this is not what I expected. I could suggest a few customer focused steps that might prevent some issues.
