James, I'm sorry. Two months of waiting on us is not okay, and I'm not going to try to explain it away. I pulled up your account. Your first order did get delivered, but it took two months to reach you. That was our error during the fulfillment center upgrade, and we should have caught it long before you had to write this. The two orders after that were cancelled and refunded instead of shipped, so the money should be back with you, though I know a refund isn't the same as getting what you ordered. The upgrade is finished now and orders are going out within 1 to 3 business days. If you're willing to give us another shot, I'll make sure yours goes out right.
