I paid for 2 shipments and received 0 shipments. You have my money for over 2 months and I have nothing in return. Not a very even exchange. In fact, a very uneven exchange. You are starting our relationship in a very bad way.

James, I'm sorry. Two months of waiting on us is not okay, and I'm not going to try to explain it away.
I pulled up your account. Your first order did get delivered, but it took two months to reach you. That was our error during the fulfillment center upgrade, and we should have caught it long before you had to write this. The two orders after that were cancelled and refunded instead of shipped, so the money should be back with you, though I know a refund isn't the same as getting what you ordered.
The upgrade is finished now and orders are going out within 1 to 3 business days. If you're willing to give us another shot, I'll make sure yours goes out right. And if those refunds never landed, email me at [email protected] and I'll chase them down myself.

The review request didn't help either. It goes out automatically the moment an order ships, so it landed right as you were still waiting. Bad timing on our part, and I understand why it came across the way it did. Your order has since been delivered.
The delay was at our fulfillment center. That upgrade is finished now, and things are running much more smoothly, with orders going out within 1 to 3 business days. Being an investor in the company.
Involved with Kevin Trudeau and Gin since 2020.
I can NOT, currently for now, vouch for the Daily Nutritional Supplement nor the Vitamin & Mineral Supplement Bundle.
The launch failed on quality, based on apparent issues with manufacturing production center.
Discovered around 10 defefects bags experienced open pills craqued while the bag.
For the pills contained in glass bottled there was also issue with the protected seal.
Regarding wellness benefits, after 25 days of twice daily 6pills intake as per recommended, there is no clear tangible improvement in body.
This will vary from person to person, curious to read more genuine testimonial with specific scores and progress on bigger timeline.
Feeling free from expectations as I already follow KT's great natural cures suggestions with congurent natural nutrition feeding.
The exchange in abundance is not felt and the current value seems not in alignment with premium pricing.
We trust this will ultimately be corrected as KT his a man of integrity and applies what he teaches
It is great to look for the gold and praise,
and also honest review to share this opinion for Sebastian's team to take responsibility

For international orders, we will be including your sachets with the next order that is being shipped out.
The sachet replacements are free of charge to the customer and you should not have to pay any duties on it.

Thank you for the honest review, and for being with us since 2020. This is hard to read, but we needed to hear it.
You're right about the quality problems. The cracked pills in the bags and the seal issue on the glass bottles came from a problem at our manufacturing facility. No excuses. We should have caught it before anything shipped, and we're fixing it now.
