This company is a joke. Total losers. I paid for express shipping a month ago And nothing. Keep your money. My money. Worst experience ever.

Be aware if shipping to Canada! Shipping costs, duty & GST via FEDEX = $103.78. Total cost of items ordered = $62.97. Do not order unless prepared to incur ridiculous shipping costs. World Rugby is sorry but that is FEDEX's problem.

I am very disappointed in this online company do to the fact that you guys had Extremely rude service on the phone and. That you guys lost my order spent over 100$ got nothing AT ALL YET order was suppose to arrive on 4/20/13 and here it is 5/15/13 STILL NO ORDER ARE YOU GUYS EVER GONNA SEND IT. Why is it so hard to ship something to a paying customer apparently you guys cheated me out of my money. And not given me what I paid for and have missed several rugby games and practices do to the fact that you guys lost my order I risk being able to play for a high end Team because of the simple fact that you guys can't complete my transaction I paid for. So to all reading the reviews don't EVER buy off here anymore it's the worst service ever. More like WorldsWorstRugbyShop that lies and steals from you.

World Rugby Shop is a sham. Hidden charges everywhere. They deliver outside the U.S through an external company who charge much more than you agree for delivery. Also, the import duties for deliveries to addresses outside the U.S are ridiculous. You think its a bargain but its not. Stay away!

I never knew I would find so many fantastic items! Once they arrived, I was very happy with the quality of the items and so was my husband. I was also impressed with how quickly the items shipped and how frequently I was updated via email regarding the status of my order. One item was damaged during shipping and after one 5 minute phone call, a replacement was shipped, no questions asked. Great customer service, selection and experience! Suddenly, I'm a die hard rugby fan!
