Just don't bother. It's a scam. They'll illegally access your bank account and authorize a payment, days after they've unexpectedly cancelled​ your order. Be very careful in giving them your card details! I've ordered a lot of rugby gear over the years from them, for my training purposes of the great sport. My recent experience did it for me and I probably will not return. Placed the order, called a couple of hours later to change address (due to their long international shipping times), their customer service said it was impossible to change the shipping details even though the order had just been placed. I get an email a few days later asking me for authorization to charge me extra as they forgot to include the proper shipping costs in my original payment. I called them back to review the process and left a voicemail. A few days later my order gets cancelled and my money was refunded. I called customer service to inquire and politely give them feedback for their operations. The lady was extremely rude and mentioned that they are going through system changes. She also said that they are aware of the issue and that they didn't care about losing a few customers in the process, while later hanging up the phone on me after I explain my frustration politely. A few days later, I somehow get charged for the order again without my authorization and the order gets shipped again. I immediately contact my bank and was advised to cancel my card, due to the unauthorized processing. My bank further advises to place a fraud case with them for a full refund. I contact them again to fully cancel my order as I've had enough and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The management tries to give me a false story about the payment being normal, even after I have confirmed with my bank that the payment was unauthorized. They offer me 20% discount on a 40 dollar order. At this point I just wanted the equipment for my rugby training and wanted to get on with it. Finally, they send me my order again but still get my address city wrong. Read the other reviews before placing your order. Extremely poor management. You're better off ordering from somewhere else. Update: They tried to flag my review as false, in Trust pilot. Also I forgot to mention that when they did give me the 20% discount, they pretty much forced me into taking the offer as they made the refund process quite difficult so I didn't want to bother with going that extra mile. I even sent them documents from my bank as to the unauthorized charge. They ended up avoiding the complaint and gave me a false story on the charge.

Never had any problems from WRS. Customer service has always been extremely helpful when needed.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered new rugby boots a week ago, they "guaranteed" delivery in 2 days within the USA, to this day there hasn't been a confirmation delivery, customer service won't pick up my calls (5 times) and email replies are all over the place telling me things ranging from "Item will ship in 48hs" to "Item is delivered" neither of which are true (did I mention they haven't provided any tracking?). I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, now I'm trying to cancel my order because I figure ordering from the UK will be faster and possibly cheaper, however cancelling an order might be impossible too. BUYER BEWARE!

Easy ordering, shipping was on point, the only issue I had was knowing exactly when my order would arrive when I paid the expedited shipping cost. Had to call and get that info. Aside from that, they've been great. Although, they could keep a more consistent inventory of varying sizes wanted to buy the Home matching top to my order and they were almost out on the second week of the 6 Nations tourney.

I bought over $200 worth of goods from this shop and they still charged me shipping. That's outrageous in this day and age. Most places offer free shipping if you spend over $50. Also, they have a good selection of items but you can't display them using more than one filter. So it's either "firm ground" boots OR "adidas" boots, not "firm ground" AND "addidas" boots. This is a pretty poor oversight. Hope they fix it.

I ordered rugby boots on 2nd December for my son as a Christmas present. They quoted 2-3 weeks delivery but they never arrived. The website said I could track delivery but there was no information. After 5 weeks I chased them to find out where they were. They said they never sent them as they had not been able to verify some information with my payment card. They never emailed or contacted me to alert me to any issue. Then they had the balls to suggest I use a partner, global shop ex. Disgusted by the callous disregard for service. Never use these people!

i owe world rugby an apology recieving late package after Christmas it was not the companys fault so thumbs up to world rugby i did recieve item on the 26th i am very sorry forbad review i wrote.

I ordered NZ rugby apparel on 4th Sept 2015 and received an email today 23rd Oct 2015 saying they had incorrectly calculated shipping costs and it would be another $40 I have 4days to reply or my order will be cancelled. No mention.of what took them 6weeks to process the damn order. Shipping costs are ridiculous. From now on I will be buying retail in NZ and supporting local shops instead of getting ripped off by these guys. Very dissapointed.
