I purchased the OpenCart theme called Journal - Advanced OpenCart Theme Journalv3.2.7, which is located on the site. However, it only contained an image file. This file can be downloaded from anywhere on the internet. Isn't the goal here to get the original file cheaper? The misleading title was added. The cost was only $5. But the site owner's honor was lost.

This user was refunded for their small $4 order, and has been ignoring our emails and responses for over a week. The Journal theme is currently used by about 600 users without any issue, but there was no intent in getting support or assistance here, as the goal was pure slander.

I submitted a query about the plugin because some pages were not working properly and was very disappointed with response received. The tone of the reply from Worldpressit was very hostile and I was told at the price I paid, I should not expect support also. Even when i attempted to explain my request, I was offered a refund instead.

The customer was refunded for their $4 order after they couldn't deal with import instructions (the item is used by over 200 users that managed to install it with no issue), then came to TrustPilot to cry over their small order AFTER actually getting their money back. Not much further we can do with cases like that.

Plugins were ok, but requesting a new theme is meh.. It's been a decade now, and just keeps on promising, but still no theme.

I bought 3 products from this company and lifetime updates for these products. Although I have requested an update for one of the products for 1 year, 2 products on my product page have been updated, but the product I have been asking for an update for 1 year is currently not updated in my account, even though it is up to date on the product page of their website. Although I have written to them many times via e-mail and the messaging section on the website, they have not helped in any way, they are making fun of me and treating the customer like an idiot. There is a record of all correspondence.

The customer was contacted via email and is yet to respond. So they got 3 (!) $4 items, 2 of them are fine, one has delayed updates (due to the lack of availability of the new version due to low popularity) and that is a reason to abuse our reputation on TrustPilot? Some people...

Comment faire sans eux, quand on doit créer plusieurs sites WordPress ? On trouve toujours le plugin qui nous convient. Si une mise à jour n'est pas faite, il suffit de la demander et généralement ça arrive quelque temps plus tard. Je ne pourrai pas m'en passer.

I contacted octolize the author of the flexible shipping pro plugin, it was out of date and not compatible with latest version of wordpress. I spoke with worldpressit about this and then took it upon myself to contact the author directly - this was their reply: Hi Maximilian, Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help. Unfortunately, the website from which you purchased the plugin, WorldPressIT, is essentially a scam. They operate under the guise of offering licenses, but in reality, they are stealing our work and selling it at a fraction of the actual price. These are just common thieves, hiding behind questionable laws that really need to be changed. We do not cooperate with any distributors. Our plugins are sold exclusively through our official website, octolize.com. When you purchase from us, you receive 100% of our support, with the security of knowing no one has tampered with the code. Distributors like WorldPressIT may add something to the code that could slow down your site or expose it to security vulnerabilities. Only with us and our official licensing codes do you have access to updates, keeping your plugin always up-to-date and secure. If you want to be on the right side of things, we strongly encourage you to cancel your subscription with the thieves at WorldPressIT and switch to the only legitimate source — octolize.com. Best regards, Now i beleive some of the plugins on their website are legitimate and they do have agreements in place to sell these products but some not so and they need to check all their products to ensure they have legal authority to resell. I'm not going to say they're a scammer as i've not had any issues with them, but to be on the safe side I've removed 2 plugins purchased on their site (Yoast SEO Premium and Flexible Shipping Pro) and purchased these directly from the authors. You have to be vigilant online but I guess some of the plugins are no longer supported on their website.
