When you ask for update they always response "You can report new updates on the "report new version needed.." button on the product page. This would then arrive to our acquisition team that would do their best to get the new version at the earliest, if / when it is available from our sources and partners" Take note the word "when it is available from our sources and partners" meaning if it is not available your hadwork and time you spent in building your website will be useless once the author of the website release a major update of the themes you bought and wordpressit cannot provide the latest version because it's not available from there sources. My website now is not functioning properly because of not-updated to the latest version which has a major update that affects the functionality and compatibility issues with the lates wordpress. I ask theme via messenger and use the report function but after 2 months there is no updated version from theme. They always response they will check with there sources.

I purchased Pearl theme but it had no lisence avoid these guys its scam, now they tell me i have to purchase the lisence from theme forest

I bought plugin Advanced Product Fields for Woocommerce via WorldPressIT, but after installing the plugin it won't activate without a valid license. The license I received in an e-mail won't work. They won't reply to my e-mail after contacting them about it. Edit after response from WorldPressIT: The issue was solved after they gave a new download link. Overall I'm happy with the products they have provided in the past, so I will change the review to a positive one.

they are doing fraud. Plugins purchased, and after 15 days, all my accounts were not found whenever trying to log in. and they are claiming we are offering updates for lifetime

I had an issue with one of the plugins, it worked great on one site but not on another. I just saw another plugin i need that they have in their inventory, I messaged to ask a few details about it's version... not expecting a response until tomorrow as it's very late but moments later...
