I was apprehensive in ordering through this retailer since there are some negative reviews. I even emailed them ahead of time and asked them about the reviews and they assured me that they would see my order was processed and i was satisfied. The guy told me that some of the reviews were not even verified buyers. So much for trusting reviews... We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from world jewels. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and the quality of the rings and the diamonds used. We were not expecting such clean and sparkly diamonds given the price, which we thought was below market after searching the web and brick and mortar jewelry stores. The workmanship is also very good — we got pave diamond rings for the Engagement ring and wedding bands. I’ve seen cheap pave work before and this definitely was not that. In fact, it looked just as good if not better and higher quality than Jewelry from high end stores. I am also very happy with the customer service we got from World Jewels. We ended up ordering the wrong size in the rings and I needed to make an adjustment to the ring sizes after I had already placed the order. It was very easy —I sent them an email and they were very responsive and quick to remedy my mistake. We got our rings quickly. Before quarantine, I was showing off my rings to everyone I could. They are simply beautiful and we are very happy with this purchase. We already have turned a few friends to this site and they have also said that they've been happy with their purchases.

Their rings cost 1/20 on AliExpress and they sent me a wrong number size ring.

We ordered some diamond stud earrings for our daughters. The size and quality were just as advertised, and were lovely. There were some issues with shipping which Allen tended to and resolved very promptly. We will be happy to order again from World Jewels.

OMG it’s been damn near a month since I’ve ordered a ring, that according to the site, that would ship in 4-6 days. It’s hard as hell to speak with someone. Every time I call customer service, I’m waiting for someone who never picks up and left to listen to elevator music. I was told last week my ring would ship the next day however today I was told it shipped Friday which was days later. Allen said he would send me an email in 30 minutes to track my order, needless to say, I never received that email. I’m beginning to think this is a fraudulent site. I will call back tomorrow morning. If I can’t reach a person or if I don’t receive tracking confirmation, I will call my card company.
