When purchasing online the website says 2 days shipping. Not so after several emails and promised shipping dates finally after a month the ring finally ships. Now have ring and edges of comfort fit wedding band has several rough spots on it. Afraid to send back due to the time it took to receive. One thing for sure though they immediately take the funds from your account if shipping was that fast it would be a great place to shop.

It took several months to fill my order. The company did reach out with shipping information but delay was long and information not always accurate . The product is very nice and price very good. I appreciated the effort but was surprised at the time it took to get the ring

Customer Service Maria was very very nice and had my concerns in front of her the whole time. She is what kept this sale alive and only her! The website did not say anything about taking two weeks to produce the item and then two day delivery. That is not cool and if I would have known I would have ordered it earlier. I was panic mode because I needed the ring before Valentines Day. MARIA made that happen. They or she sent it OVERNIGHT! on the 13th and Feb 14th 9:30ish FedEx was at my door. Again, if it was not for Maria, I would have demanded my money back and keep the ring, I will go elsewhere. I gave wife the ring, but I doubt I will be shopping here again. Thank you Maris for your help and making this a happy moment. She loved it!! Mike

They took forever to ship a simple gold wedding band and I had to be the one to reach out about the status. They were kind enough to overnight it eventually. But when it came, it wasn't engraved like I stated in my order. Just a hassle really.
