Thank you for the feedback. The manufacturer of your shelving, Ranger Design, tries to do their part in minimizing the amount of paper waste produced by their company. Instead of a full packet of instructions, they include a single cover sheet that should have a QR code to scan and a url to enter on a web browser to access a full PDF of the installation instructions. We have noticed this is easy to miss, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We'll forward your concerns to Ranger.
