Thank you for your feedback! We're so sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. It looks like your replacement part was delivered just a few days after you notified us. We'll follow up with you shortly to check on you and see how you like your rack now that it's complete. We notified the manufacturer of the missing piece from their box. Thank you for your business and patience while we got this resolved.

They had the best price I could find on the pickup lumber rack I wanted. Their communication was unbelievable. During the covid isolation we called and emailed back and forth several times even into the evenings and weekends. They were very polite and helpful. Once I ordered the rack it was here in just a couple of days. I highly recommend doing business with this company you will not regret it.
