Maybe Workday might just be useful if it didn't require you to create an account for every single job. Unfortunately it does, and if you can even get logged in past a Fort Knox level of security when you're only applying for one position it will then require you to enter the same details you entered for previous applications. The job hunt is tiring enough as it is, and I have far better things to do than fill out the same experience section a hundred times over. Note to employers: you will be, without a shadow of a doubt, driving away talented applicants by using this god-awful site.

Can be waiting minutes for the 2FA e-mail to come through (required on every login). Wish they'd setup virtual MFA.

Leider kann man hier nicht NULL Sterne vergeben. Workday, ein Tool auf das jedes Unternehmen verzichten kann. Anscheinend läuft bei denen nur das Marketing gut, weil sie immer noch an Firmen verkaufen. Das Programm ist absolut untauglich im Daily Business. Wann immer man meint man macht etwas intuitiv, es geht mit Sicherheit schief. Auswertungsmöglichkeiten...grauenvoll. Komplett unbeweglich. Wann immer man an Grenzen stößt, was sehr oft vorkommt, heißt es, "dies sei eine technische Limitierung". Fazit. Jede Firma die das Tool nicht einkauft, macht alles richtig.

I would have picked no stars if it had been an option. The company moves more and more crap to Workday which is does as poorly as any other task.

I hate this app so much. Can't even adjust time off hours. It's not fit for purpose. I can't believe this thing is on the market. It's trash.

Worst UX ever. Every entry is a nightmare. You can do anything but nothing is clear, you never know what to choose. There is zero pre-selected option.

Don't do it! Workday is seriously NOTHING but issues on the managerial side. The company I work for starting using Workday services about a year ago and everything is now a problem ESPECIALLY with hiring and new accounts. Problems you didn't have with one new hire suddenly arise with the next one. For example, once the candidate is hired, it will change their login information and they can no longer get into Workday without this new password and login. Well it's a default password and the login ID is their new employee ID. Workday loves to say their new login isn't valid at all and they aren't allowed to login. Oh, the best part is that it locks you out then and you have to make a million phone calls to get back into your account! NO email support, no chat support. Navigation is a nightmare. It's like Workday strives to make everything as difficult as possible. Need help with your account and have to submit a Workday ticket? LOL good luck getting any sort of response. If they do respond it's a good 2 weeks (at least) before you get anything. They are horrible to deal with, confusing, and extremely complicated. Don't subject your employees to this. Literally the only good thing about it is the way you can view your pay stubs. That's about it.

Absolutely awful! The process to follow to perform simple tasks is horrific. I have used a number of other people management tools and this one is by far the worst. It takes longer to perform the documentation of the task than it does to actually do the task. Configuration for user experience is non-existent. This is a real productivity killer. I absolutely dread it when I need to submit a position change or open a people requisition. Using a spreadsheet makes more sense than using Workday.
