Complete garbage, whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves.

It's terrible software, the UI seems to have been designed without the help of UX designers or asking users how long it takes to get from one place to another in the app. Because there is no logic behind the tabs and it is very chaotic. I usually don't complain about things easily and I don't give my time to do so but since this software wastes my time what for? I was just trying to change my work schedule and take time off - I got extremely annoyed and came here. Everyone should know this and buy the product accordingly. Making any changes is a pain in the ass and it took me a long time to even find the "actions" tab to make any changes. I'm tired of clicking on those little damn dots that don't do anything.

We lose or sell your data to some random people 🫠, should be your introduction. After any job application made through you I get scam texts to my phone number, email and etc. And it’s not the first time.

Workday is the best company management software I've ever used! 🤩 No, just kidding, it's a crap, as described in other reviews. 😅 It's ugly, very counter-intuitive, and seems designed to sell workday trainings. Even if I do many times the same tasks, I always struggle to find the procedure and often have to read tutorials or documentation. And workday error management is awful: There are hidden compulsory fields that workday alert of but not at the good place, and you have to search them manually for a long time 🤯 . The worst is when you have long text inputs to write and you get disconnected for un unkonwn reason, it erases everything! 😭

This is one of the worst websites known to humankind. I literally backed out of some applications because I couldn't bare to input my info for the 100th time in their platform. Surely there must be a way to sync your profile with different applications. It is also a horrible translator of documents if you opt for uploading the resume. It's just so unbearable to be directed to workday after clicking - apply - button. I don't understand why companies sign a contact with them for application process.

Never works, locks up constantly. Poorly written software. This company should be charged under federal racketeering charges, they sell a product that is non-functioning. How any company is foolish enough to use these services is beyond me, cheep just gets you cheep crap like this companyn provides.

Absolutely terrible UX, why should I create a new account, fill in my whole resume manually (even after uploading it) and do this for EVERY company I apply too? Why can't I have one account and just reuse my data? Frankly I no longer apply for jobs there - any company that uses them shows they are old school and don't give a shot about their employees (who them have to use it at work). AVOID
