Horrific UI means you can only select degree options from a pre-made list. Clunky, requires separate accounts for each job application. PDF reader does not even remotely work. Clearly not accustomed for British application - no option for GCSEs, or A levels. I struggle to apply for jobs seeing that they are workday. Beyond bad.

Workday is consistently so unreliable. Used my regular personal email to apply for jobs and I consistently get locked out for no reason, so I made an account with my student email and faced the same thing. Tried to reset passwords on both accounts and did not a receive a reset password email from either account. I've tried resetting them multiple times, weeks or months apart and I never get an email. So AGAIN I made another account now using my email from community college. Literally the next day I tried logging in again to apply for a different job and it won't let me get in, even though I remember the password I set the night before. This platform is the most frustrating I have faced when applying for jobs. It locks you out of your account for seemingly no reason and does not allow you to get back in. I don't understand why they make everything complicated for no reason.

How did this worthless company ever talk other companies into using them?!! It's horrible to even try to set up on a mobile device!! The first time I tried to set it up, and created a password, it kept saying that my password wasn't right!! I just set it up!! How could it not be right!! What worthless piece of monkey 🐒 crap!!!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. My company informed me when I quit in September that I would be able to use my login on Workday until April 1st the following year. Workday informed me that was false as of June 2023. They woman I spoke to was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me speak a full sentence before interrupting me. I had to stop her numerous times and ask if I could finish speaking. She continued interrupting so I finally hung up with no questions answered and no explanations.

Don't know why these guys get top reviews on other fora. When I shifted from independent to payroll it took them 2 months to fix the problem. Now that I shift from payroll to Independent, the exact same problem is back. Contacted them on the spot last Thursday, today, next Tuesday, I don't even got an acknowledgement of receipt of my initial email. My budgets and evaluations are all due via Workday in one week!! Horrible support, stay away or at least try something else first.

Absolute trash. Good luck applying for a job through this clown shoes outfit- especially if you’re trying to do it on your iPhone. The site is unusable. Why should I have to SEARCH for my high school? Why can’t I just enter it? Instead it takes you to a separate drop down menu (that is completely blank, save for the DONE button) which is the internet equivalent of flying a in a fog bank. And why when I indicate HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA does it still ask me for FIELD OF STUDY? Eff this company and any employer who subjects job applicants to this rigmarole, for it is uncivilized.

I find the Workday system challenging to navigate. Despite applying to numerous jobs, especially those shared by recruiters on my campus website, my applications appear to go unnoticed. It appears that the system may systematically decline resumes. I would like to urge companies not to solely rely on this platform for candidate selection, as it does not seem to create an effective bridge for candidates like me to connect with potential employers. Additionally, there seems to be a bias in the system, which I confirmed when I applied using a different name and ethnic background, resulting in a prompt interview invitation the next day.

Workday is anything but efficient time tracking as it should be today. Recording is a time-waster and is anything but quick and easy. Here is a small example of the system. If you enter your working hours on Monday evening, for example, you will receive a daily warning that there are still missing hourly entries for the current week. Oh wow really ?... ;o)
