Workada connects highly skilled people with flexible, remote work training the AI systems that are reshaping how the world works. Our contributors review, label, and evaluate real content: the judgment calls that make AI more accurate and useful for the people relying on it. AI needs good human judgment behind it, and the people providing that judgment deserve real flexibility and a company that actually invests in them, through training, feedback, and room to grow into more skilled, paid work over time. If you want meaningful remote work that fits around your life, not the other way around, Workada is the place to be.

Everyone in this company is at risk of getting let go out of nowhere, and should be aware of this.
Got let go out of nowhere, and wasn't given any explanation as to why. I brought up that we are offered an appeal in these situations, according to Multi Mango, and they just brushed it off and refused to follow through. Super unprofessional, and would not recommend. Everyone in this company is at risk of getting let go in the same manner and should be aware of this.

Got off boarded with zero explanation…
Got off boarded with zero explanation even though my pod lead was very happy with the quality of my work and wanted to refer me to be a pod lead as well.

Worst AI platform ever
Worst AI platform ever, they only pay you for time spent on a particular website even when rask guidelines explicitly state to search online before submitting work...
And yeah they randomly boot you for no apparent reason. This company deserves going bankrupt!

MY NEGATIVE XPERIENCE WITH WORKADA PROFILING
MY EXPERIENCE WITH WORKADA: PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD MATTER MORE THAN PHYSICAL APPEARANCE.
Today, I had an extremely disappointing experience during a live interview for the Data Labeling Specialist position at Workada.
I went into that interview ready to discuss my professional background, academic experience, AI-related skills, and years of experience working online. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and judged based on my physical appearance and gender expression.
Yes, I am a woman, and I may not fit society’s conventional expectations of how a woman should look. But since when did a person’s appearance become more important than their competence, experience, and ability to do a job?
I have worked with AI-related companies, including Outlier, Handshake AI, and Snorkel AI. My experience working with Handshake AI for over two years has shown me that professional working relationships can be respectful and productive.
That is why today’s experience was particularly upsetting.
I expected an opportunity to demonstrate my abilities. I did not expect to feel that my appearance was overshadowing my qualifications. I believe every candidate deserves a fair opportunity to speak about their experience and demonstrate their skills without being made to feel inferior because of how they look.
Companies working in artificial intelligence should take fairness seriously. Bias and assumptions about people should not determine how they are treated, whether in AI systems or recruitment processes.
After receiving Workada’s rejection email, I decided that I would not simply remain silent about my experience. I am raising this issue because I believe professional dignity matters, and other candidates deserve to be treated fairly.
I am asking Workada to review my interview experience and address the concerns I have raised.
My message is simple: Evaluate my skills. Ask about my experience. Assess my qualifications. Do not reduce me to my physical appearance.
I will consider appropriate formal complaint channels and continue advocating for respectful and fair recruitment practices.
No one should have to compromise their dignity to pursue a professional opportunity.

I really appreciate that Workada keeps…
I really appreciate that Workada keeps human connection in the hiring process. Being interviewed and supported by real people across multiple communication channels makes a world of difference. After a degrading experience with another platform that relied entirely on bots from recruitment to evaluation, Workada stands out for hitting the right balance between AI and human interaction.

I got off boarded after 2 weeks. No reason given. My project leads were nice and helpful and my productivity percentage was above 90%!
When I asked why, I got an extremely rude dismissive answer that “the decision is set!” I think the correct way to put it is “the decision has been made.” So from poor the grammar I can tell the decision was made by their workers offshore who randomly deactivate accounts of workers in the U.S. and in Canada just to calm their own ego. The shocking rudeness also points to someone who is not familiar with civility at work. Anyway, if you got a job there, stay away from posting on slack. And keep a very low profile. If they see your name somewhere, they offboard you for no reason.

Not a well run business
I'm always suspicious when I see the positive reviews all coming on the same date or within a day or two (July 30, 2026). The negative comments I've read mirror my experience so far:
- pretty much a "are you breathing" interview to get hired
- an onboarding of some value, but also confusing and hurried
- then a full failure when the sign-in code system errors out and does not allow training to begin. ie - can't start working
- but the worst part is the non-existent support which sends canned responses and never resolves the issues; likewise, none of the pod leaders you're assigned respond to your inquiries for assistance.
The things that did work well were getting Slack setup, the online dashboard login, and of course, the banking information for payment...hmmm. I'm moving on but too bad as the business model is a great idea...just ruined by poor business operations.
