Im not gonna lie, i retired a year ago because the company i worked for promotrd ageism. I wasnt really ready to stop working, i got very sick and my life was sinking. No one responded back to my job requests, i was out of cash and out of answers, the workada offered me an interview, in short order i had a job again, my life is changing. They have plenty of work, you work on your schedule 24/7 and i am paid promptly 3 times a week. Do they have issues, sure, they are a new company but they resond to every question and are ready to fix bugs in their system quickly and easily. I was onboarded and getting paid in 2 days. Ive been in many tech companies over a 40 year career, names like Disney, Hallmark, AtHome, Brookstone, Fidelity, UKG and so many more but none of these companies takes their responsibilities for their employees more seriously.

Grateful for Workada. Thanks to their platform I am able to earn money while my kids are asleep. As a stay-at-home mom with a college degree, Workada helps me stay on top of the ever changing field that is Data Labeling/AI training. Not to mention we get paid 3 times a week, so as long as you work, you’ll receive your direct deposit.

been working on the image rating project with workada for a while now. basically you compare two AI images against a prompt and grade which one followed it better, visual quality, artifacts, that kind of stuff. the guidelines are long and pretty detailed at first, took me some time to get used to all the rules but once it clicks it makes sense why they want it that way. the work itself keeps you on your toes, one task is a map, next one is a cartoon or a science diagram so it dont get boring. they also give a cheat sheet for visual quality which helped me alot when i was starting. payment has been on point for me, no stress there. and support has been wonderful honestly, anytime i had a question somebody got back to me and actually helped instead of just sending a copy paste answer. my only thing is some of the guidelines can feel a bit much and you have to really read them twice. but overall its legit work, flexible and i can do it around my own schedule. would recommend if you pay attention to detail.

This is serious AI trainer work, well run organization and plenty of hours available after you are trained.

The team at Workada is great. Leadership is communicative and leads by example. It far surpasses the encouragement and feedback I have received when working on other sites. Pay is timely and consistent. The few hiccups with pay were followed up on quickly and fixed almost immediately.

I really enjoy working with Workada because it gives me the perfect balance of flexibility, learning, and fun. I can work whenever it fits my day, which is a huge plus. The tasks are interesting, and I've learned a lot by researching and validating information I probably would have never looked up otherwise. I also have to admit that some of the images and videos we review are unexpectedly funny, and I've definitely caught myself laughing more than once while working! The support system is fantastic too. The pod leaders are always encouraging, patient, and quick to help, and the community is full of people who are willing to answer questions and share advice. Overall, it's a job that keeps me engaged, teaches me new things, and surrounds me with supportive people. That's not something you find everywhere, and it's why I've had such a positive experience here. 😊

I’m really glad I found Workada. It allows me to set my own hours and get paid on time. Since it operates 24/7, it’s perfect for managing my work around my kids. I can easily work late at night without any issues. As long as you follow the rules and do your best, you’ll do great.
