I've used Wordfence for several years now on my personal and business websites and have found it well worth the cost to help protect them. Over those years, I've had only one instance that required customer support, and Phil, the Customer Support Engineer who responded, was timely and professional. An exceptional example of customer support done well.

As a small business owner, I’ve taken on everything myself—from website design to setting up security within WordPress—and honestly, it’s not my strongest area. After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Wordfence. I was a little hesitant at first about what I’d receive for the price, but I’m very glad I moved forward. Their customer service was excellent—quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They guided me through securing all three of my websites, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Wordfence to others in a similar position.

It can be overwhelming to take on many roles in a small business, especially when security of your passwords, digital assets, and team is so critical in modern times. We're delighted that you've chosen to use Wordfence to protect your site(s) and that you've found the Premium experience good value overall.

Have been using the Wordfence plugin for several years now and am always impressed by the quick and professional customer service I receive. My most recent shout out goes to Margaret who totally surprised - and impressed me - with the way she resolved my issue. Also have to add that my tech problems/questions are generally addressed by Phil who provides outstanding knowledgeable service. Keep up the great work all!

We've been using Premium Wordfence for years for our clients. We will continue to use it as it is well worth the price. Support has been great when needed - which is not that often. Big fan.

We have been customers of WordFence for years and are very satisfied. If we have questions, they are always there for us and help us as much as possible. The plugin works excellently; we simply can't do without it, so it makes sense that we have a Premium membership. In short, not a single negative point about WordFence and its employees!
