I started using Wordfence Pro on my personal websites for a few years now, and it worked so well that I started using it for my Employer’s websites also. I have never had a problem or reason to contact support over the years, but today I needed support and I frankly expected a runaround or a delay or some baloney, the same as I get from support staff these days. I gave them a problem and explained it to the best of my ability and they replied within an hour telling me that the issue had been fixed, and it certainly was! I'm extremely impressed with their support and perhaps even more impressed that over all the years that I've been using Wordfence, I haven't needed any support because it just works! Look no further folks, Wordfence is the real deal!

I'm an experienced WordPress user. I turned to WordFence after a series of hacking problems that I could not resolve with local experts. Within days, the problem resolved. Holes plugged. Cracks sealed. Suspicious elements removed. Thereafter, I have had occasional threats identified and sorted with a few clicks of the mouse. Wordfence is clear, flexible, transparent, and communicative. I see what their system is doing, and I can control at a granular level. All the while, WordFence is operating the background to deal with problems I had no idea about. Support is 5*. I get quick replies and specific help. It feels that there are experienced staff picking up the emails and jumping to solve problems. I pay for the Premium subscription. I run 3 separate sites on that license. Their dashboard gives me a 1-stop view of all security issues on all my sites. Highly time and cost effective.

This is truly an amazing plugin. Even the free version is loaded with features and constantly updated. I feel very secure and comfortable knowing that Wordfence is looking after my website. Mike Maunder and company also do an excellent job with continuous updates and news about the latest threats.

Great Customer Support, Strong Plugin! It has a learning curve, but customer support is always there.

Horrific (and non-existent) "emergency response". We had two sites protected with the WordFence premium plugin. Both came up with white screens of death this morning, so we went to WordFence as a 'trusted' provider to hopefully help us get back online. We fell for their $950 (NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY) dollar "emergency" response plan where they are supposed to dedicate some urgent resources for "mission critical" websites to get you back online fast. It look over an hour for the representative to come back and tell us that because we had 4 other subdomains completely outside of public_html on the server, that we would have to pay FOUR MORE TIMES (yes, $4000 more) to get them to even start looking at it. We proposed a counter offer, and several HOURS later they came back with another offer. At the end of the day, because time was of the essence, we fell for their trick and paid the additional $4000 thinking at least they would urgently start resolving the issue. SEVERAL HOURS LATER (now NINE HOURS) after the emergency ticket was crated, a new "Director of Information Technology" sends us an email that they can't help us at all because there are plugins that have "obsufated code" in them and so they can't help us. They don't bother to even tell us what plugins (we suspect Membermouse, some plugins do this), or even offer to simply remove that plugin and continue their search and help. Instead, they send that email and then ignore us. So now $5000 and 9 hours later we still have a broken site and no emergency response from Wordfence. Their plugin is decent, but don't fall for this "emergency response' baloney. We lost a day of revenue and wasted time for their runaround. In the end, we found my.fixed.net and for $65 they had us back up and running in 40 minutes! OMG, WordFence you should bet ashamed. What a sham.

After a malware takeover of our site, we rebuilt from backup and changed our security module over to Wordfence. Since then, we have been malware-free and have even seen where the attacks were coming from and able to eliminate their connection attempts. OUTSTANDING Wordfence!!!

I requested support because Wordfence scans reported the presence of a hidden URL on my website that had been listed as high risk by Wordfence. In spite of my effort and the effort of a Wordfence support engineer, the URL could not be found, and continued to show up in scans. The support specialist informed his Lead Customer Support Engineer. He requested admin privileges, and ran his own scans, and the problem disappeared. He said: "Nothing is getting picked up. Further, when I last checked the code we saw earlier is no longer present. It's my guess that it got removed in a scan. I wish I had a better answer for you but it's gone.

Excellent product, excellent customer service. Well-designed, effective. Always one of the first tools I install on a Wordpress site.
