We've been using WordFence Premium to protect our clients' WP installs for several years now. The plugin does a great job of keeping the bad guys at bay, and the WordFence Customer Support staff are helpful and prompt. Thanks guys! :-)

I've just signed up to Wordfence as I had a problem with my security, and they were great at taking to the time to explain what had happened and what steps I should take. Fantastic service.

I've used Wordfence for years and I've been very pleased with the value of their service. I haven't had to contact their support until today, and I was very surprised at the speed of their response. Awesome job!

I have Wordfence installed on approximately 50 websites and as long as I have it running, and look into the security issues Wordfence alerts me to (and keep all plugins updated) I've never had a site get hacked. Recently I switched phones and my 2FA credentials were lost. I contacted Wordfence and with an hour I was able to regain access to my account. Thanks for the great customer service.

Getting to the right support person for my issue was key. I had to open a second ticket but the issue was resolved. Hours during the day for which support is available should be expanded.

Hi John, I responded to you before this was posted. We're waiting on you to provide some information I requested. Can you send that in, please? Thanks Mia

this is more like a scam company, I have my normal virgin broadband from UK, I visited a website that continuously blocked my ip but their logo is there so you can search for them, as a visitor I would never visit a website that blocks me for normal page searching, I mean you can't expect someone stays too much on a webpage if is not interesting or I couldn't find what I looked for, and blocking a public IP from an internet provider just for navigating you just make me mad and people who implement your plugin in their websites are really sick, your plugin is not accurate and time-wasting

Thanks for your thoughts about Wordfence. Just to confirm, you don't have Wordfence installed on your website, you were blocked by a website that uses our software on it? If so, we don't have anything to do with how the user sets their blocking rules. Our default rules are rather lenient to prevent inadvertently blocking regular users like you. Site owners can sometimes excessively set the rules so that regular users are blocked too. We provide help for setting the rules to void this, as well as documentation online including walkthrough videos. Googling for the same URL and the word "contact" will sometimes yield a phone number or email address to let the website admin know you were blocked. They can then unlock you and hopefully change the rule that caused you to be blocked in the first place.

I use Wordfence response. The kind of assistance provided to me is incredible. You can count on them. It's the best security plugin available for WordPress.

Their support is fantastic. I had an issue with logging in to my website and opened a support ticket. Tim from support was quick to respond and give me an alternative way to get logged in. Then, helped review my site and flag that another plugin was causing my issue. Would recommend this plugin to anyone that wants to add extra security to their website.
