Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Very rarely will anyone give you a refund these days, but due to a change of email I was unable to cancel my yearly subscription (due to not needing the service anymore). I got in touch a week later and was refunded in no time, 10/10!

My friend installed this on his website…
My friend installed this on his website and had an issue with it connecting to run a scan. When reaching out to the company, they immediately accused him of have an 'activator'. After sending in 3 images proving he doesn't know what they are referring to, they got a moderator for WordPress.org to contact him about being rude and theatened to ban him. For what speaking up for himself? All he said was that we was going to give the company a 1-star review. How is that rude? Does that constitute a ban? I gave it 2 stars because I do want to be banned either.

These guys are on the ball
These guys are on the ball. They answer questions very quickly and resolved matters really professionally. Can’t recommend enough that anyone with a WordPress installation use this service.

What help received in being able to access my site again
I inadvertently due to an error on my part got myself locked out of WordPress. I had set it up so that after two failures there would be a lockout for two months. I get a lot of hackers from all of the world trying to get in to my site and this works for that. Unfortunately, I became my own victim. I found the tech-support at WordFence to be very prompt very efficient and easily gave me what I needed to do to get back into the system and working. I appreciated their promptness, their thoroughness and their accuracy. Overall, I had an excellent experience with tech-support at word fence

Quick refund for double payment no questions asked...
Wordfence quickly responded with a full refund for a product ordered in error (2x). If only all s/w companies were like this... Cheers to Mark at Wordfence for sorting me out
