WootReviews of woot.com

In general, I love Woot.com for tech purchases (it is the homepage of my browser to not miss any daily deals) and almost all of my computer related gear is from this website thanks to its awesome prices (I don't mind refurbished). The app could use some work though :)

Fail to ship orders properly and quite often things are broken or refurbished. Amazon often has same items cheaper. Customer service is not good. Avoid when you can.

I bought an iBuyPower gaming computer through WOOT. It had all the specs and components I wanted at a great price. It arrived within a week. I got it set up and am very happily gaming with my new computer. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Agree with others. Total scam. Ordered around 3 things from them that didn’t work that had to be sent back. Only use if you don’t mind throwing your money in the toilet.

My bank called to stop an illegal attempt via the Woot website to withdraw USD$400 from my account. I had never heard of this company prior to this event. I contacted Woot for an explanation, just received a generic format reply which put the onus on me to check on my account. I asked for more details, but have not been acknowledged.

1st order even though an amazon prime member charged shipping lots of hassle did get a refund 2nd order unable to place save your time and buy else where using safari

Lot of stuff labeled refurbished seems more like resold returns that never were inspected or renewed.

Sent bad air conditioner no replacement or able to repair. Fighting to get a refund get nothing but a million useless emails and put me off for return and refund. How can Amazon which is always good with return policy's be affiliated with this company. Do not buy.
