No customer service number, email only then takes days to respond. One response was just a feedback request??? Multiple attempts to get them to respond. I was sent a completely used craft item that was clearly broke and taped, not buying anything over 50 dollars from them anymore. I just purchased a refurbished PC. Which was not as advertised they asked for photos, still no response it's been a week.

It cannot possibly be worse than woot. It defines the rock bottom customer service and web payment experience. At checkout, it’s buggy system charged my card 4 times on a single $1500 item. I cancelled them all when I noticed the check out problem and hours later 4 charges appeared on my card. Emailed their customer service and all I got was, we need order number, your email address doesn’t your account (I logged on and used their web interface), we cannot help you, your bank refused the charge, and finally no response.

Ordered a refurbished Switch 2 that said the estimated delivery would be September 14-16. I come home on September 3rd to a note on my door saying my package wasn't delivered. Without a single call, text or email, the package attempted delivery but failed (I believe due to needing a signature while I was at work) and without my knowing got returned to sender. When I asked customer support, they said to just wait for September 16th even though UPS confirmed I will only get my package if the sender re-sends it. I am stuck with no way to cancel or receive my package, currently trying to dispute the charge. I never write reviews, but this was the worst customer experience I have ever had and I have spent way more time trying to solve this than I want to know. Do not buy anything from here.

Absolutely nonexistent customer service. If you buy a product and you eventually get it and all is well then hopefully the price justified the weight. I bought a pair of recovery sandals and I’m on my fourth note with absolutely no replies not even computer generated. I would not buy from this company although I am a dedicated and consistent Amazon customer. How they ever let this company get so low is beyond me. I thought they had much better standards and Amazon does but this company has none. You can do nothing but wait for a turtle to bring you your product three weeks after you buy it. When I track it, I see it just sits with FedEx smart Mail day after day after day and never moves.

Send you coupons to get a free shirt then tell you that coupon wasn’t supposed to work and refuse to give the free shirt they offered. They are a worthless scam company

Totally scammers they just unhonor his deals and coupons they just instally cancel went the deal is over sell trash company hope they go under and stop existing

Woot sent me a defective Ryobi 18v fogger. My experience with Woot has been extremely frustrating. I received defective unit, but despite contacting Woot, they have been unresponsive and have failed to provide either a replacement or a refund. What made things worse, they did not provide clear return instructions or a prepaid return label, leaving me stuck with merchandise I cannot properly return. I should not have to repeatedly chase a seller to resolve an obvious defective-item issue. I expected much better customer service from Woot. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and will think twice before ordering from them again.

I bought an end table Dog Crate from Woot and it is missing the pins for the door. I emailed the Woot to let them know about the missing pins. I have not received a reply, so I tried to call them only to find out that their number is disconnected.
